Privacy notice
The company receives sensitive first enquiries, so we collect the minimum and keep it on our own infrastructure rather than in third-party services.
What is collected
- Required fields: name, work email, city and country, type of matter, consent.
- Optional fields: company and role, phone, a brief description of the situation.
- Technical data: time of the enquiry, page language and an irreversible fingerprint of the network address. The address itself is not stored.
Why
- To answer the enquiry and carry out the initial applicability review.
- To limit automated submissions through the form.
Where it is stored
- In a database on the company's server. Enquiries are not passed to third-party CRM, advertising or analytics systems.
- Access is held by the owner of the company; the admin panel is password-protected.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries are kept for no longer than 24 months from receipt and are then deleted.
- An enquiry is deleted earlier on request — write to the company's email from the same address you used in the form.
Analytics and cookies
- The site uses no external analytics, advertising pixels or third-party fonts.
- No cookies are set for visitors. The only technical cookie is the login session of the company's internal panel.
Your rights
- You may request a copy of the enquiry you sent, its correction or its deletion.
- Send the request to the company email listed in the contacts.
This notice covers data that arrives through the website. Contractual terms for a specific engagement are agreed separately.
